Deeno Dino
~Deeno, Dino, won't you play with me?
I'm your friend, and you know you'll always be
Mine forever, we could be as one
Laughing, playing, always having fun
You love candy, and you like to play
Hide and seek all day
I'm so happy just to be with you
Hope that you feel it too
Deeno Dino, dum da du da du
You're a sweet little dinosaur
Deeno Dino, dum da du da du
You're a pink little dinosaur

Cake Delight
Made with polymer clay - Fimo and Sculpey and Fando Whip Cream Clay. The rose was made with a silicone push mold.
If it's not the cake itself, but I'm kinda amazed at my photography skills with this one. Hahaha.

Fruity Tart
Fruit Flan Tart made with Sculpey III and Fimo and a bunch of fruit canes slices...
I'm actually not happy with the result of the Kiwi Canes... it looks so... fake compared to the other fakes, lol.

Puffs in the making 3.
New supply came in today, the Fando Air Dry Clay. So I thought I'd try it out. I bought it on Etsy but it can be found on Ebay. Straight out of the packet, you can either color it by mixing with a drop of acrylic paint, or just as it is, squeezed out into a cake decorating bag with a cream tip, but since my works are so small and they don't need much detail, I just used a skewer and shaped it on.
It takes about a day or two to dry, and its still slightly bouncy and not as hard as I would have expected. The lil deco-items can be peeled off, but it seals on fairly well.

Real Food!
That's right people, I can make real food too!
From bottom to top, biscuit case > blueberry jam > custard > cream and chocolate shavings. Yum!
Mario Mushroom
The making of the mushrooms.
I bake each part separately, it makes life easier.
As you can see, the darker one in the back was a trial and error move. I had placed the white spots out of clay directly on top of pre-baked mushroom. It was hard and didn't look nice.
So, I paint them on instead now.
The finished product on my Samsung Omnia.... pweeetttyyy.

Waffles
What I Use
These are some of the things I use for my crafts. I range from Sculpey III, Fimo Soft, Premo and Sculpey Ultra Light. I tend to stock in darker colours so that if I need it to be lightened, I use it with the Ultra Light (UL). I use it to mix it with the rest of the coloured clay to lighten the piece from its weight and to give it a lighter colour.
I also used to use Studio by Sculpey but I no longer touch it. It was horrible! The glaze would just peel off after a couple of months. I tried using various lacquers, but it all ends up either being sticky or changes colour. I'm having a go at Varathane Diamond Floor Finish at the moment, so hope that goes well. It's been three weeks since I started using it, and I threw some pieces with a thin layer, thick layer and one with an old coat of Studio Sculpey under it into my lil brother's school bag. Whatever goes in there gets destroyed, so if Varathane comes out clean and still nice after two months, WE HAVE A WINNER!
